The attorneys of Weber & Rose,
P.S.C. have been meeting the litigation and business
law needs of their clients for over 38 years.
Weber & Rose traces its roots to the former Louisville
law firms of Handmaker, Weber and Meyer and Curtis
and Rose. These two firms merged in 1981, with Weber & Rose
ultimately forming three years later, in 1984. Under
the guidance of its two founding members, Shelton R.
Weber and C. Alex Rose, the firm quickly became a leader
in providing litigation services to Louisville area
hospitals, while simultaneously expanding the services
it provides to a multitude of new and different clients.
With the addition of former Louisville Bar Association
President Darryl Durham in 1996, first as a shareholder
and then as Chairman of Weber & Rose’s Executive
Committee, the firm strengthened its position as a
provider of quality legal services to the healthcare
and business communities of Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
While the firm continues to enjoy its prominent reputation
in the field of medical negligence litigation, it has
grown over the years into a full service organization,
offering a wide array of legal services for individuals
and
corporations. Weber & Rose’s other principal areas of practice include
insurance defense, commercial litigation, product liability, general business
and corporate work, employment law, commercial and residential real estate
development, lending, workout and foreclosure; environmental law; indoor air
quality litigation; bankruptcy; appellate practice; estate planning and
probate; media law; taxation; and criminal law. |
