Thomas J.B. Hurst

Mr. Hurst attended Vanderbilt University, graduating in 1985 with a B.A., cum laude, in Economics. While an undergraduate, he attended the Universität Regensburg, Regensburg, Germany, from 1983-1984. After graduating from Vanderbilt, Mr. Hurst went on to obtain an MBA in Finance in 1988 from Indiana University, and his J.D. in 1993 from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. Mr. Hurst was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1993 and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky, in 1994.

Mr. Hurst practice areas include corporate law, secured lending, and real estate finance and leasing. Mr. Hurst is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Hurst was the 1991 Champion of Pirtle-Washer Moot Court Competition at the University of Louisville School of Law.
