| IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Mr. Gosnell is a general practitioner in law with
an emphasis in Real Estate Law, Litigation, Commercial
Law, and Bankruptcy. He joined the firm in October
2006 after being admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association.
He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Indiana. In
May 2003 he completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham
Young University in Provo, Utah where he studied History
and was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. Following
his studies there, he received a Juris Doctor degree
from the University of Kentucky, College of Law in
May 2006. While there, he was a founder of the
Alexander W. Doniphan student chapter of the J. Reuben
Clark Law Society. He was also an active participant
in the University of Kentucky Legal Clinic.
In his personal time, Mr. Gosnell enjoys playing the
guitar, participating in athletics-- particularly basketball,
skiing, and snowmobiling. Other interests include
the history, outdoors, and photography. He is
fluent in French and lived in Belgium and France for
2 years. However, his primary interest is his
family.
