Mr. Gathright, of counsel with the firm, practices in the field of commercial lending. He concentrates on commercial real estate, including both development and term financing for residential subdivisions, shopping centers, office complexes, apartment projects and condominiums.

Mr. Gathright graduated magna cum laud from Dartmouth College and earned his Juris Doctor from Yale University. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Kentucky and in both of Kentucky's federal district courts. He is a member of the Louisville Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.

Mr. Gathright has been involved in numerous community organizations, and presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky. His interests also include motorcycling, auto and motorcycle mechanics and restoration, skiing, boating and water sports.
