INFORMATION
Mr. Gary is a trial attorney whose practice includes
insurance, medical
negligence and product liability defense. He is involved in a wide variety
of litigation work, including statewide defense of product-based claims, and
asbestos-related claims. He has also handled personal injury and wrongful death
cases for claimants. In addition to his trial work in Kentucky and Indiana, he
has also tried cases in West Virginia and Illinois. He is licensed to practice
in the States of Kentucky and Indiana. He is admitted to practice in the United
States District Courts for the Western District of Kentucky; Eastern District
of Kentucky; Southern District of Indiana; as well as before the Supreme Court
of Indiana and the sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Louisville,
Kentucky, Indiana and American Bar Associations, the Kentucky Academy of Trial
Attorneys and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Gary joined Weber & Rose
in 1979.
Mr. Gary graduated from Vanderbilt University and
earned his law degree
at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. He has been active
in youth activities and community affairs and served as a municipal mayor of
a 6th Class City from 1985 through 1989.
Mr. Gary is also active in community religious organizations,
and has served
on his church’s budget preparation, budget control, preschool and personnel
committees, and has also served as a deacon in his church. He is well versed
in computing applications for both individuals and attorneys.
