Mr. Nally is a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience whose practice primarily includes insurance defense with a special concentration in premises liability and automobile/truck accident cases. He has also been involved in personal injury and wrongful death cases for claimants. He is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American Bar Associations, and is a member of The Kentucky Defense Counsel. He is admitted and qualified to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Nally graduated from Bellarmine University and earned his law degree at the University of Louisville. Prior to joining Weber & Rose, Mr. Nally served as local manager of General Adjustment Bureau, Inc., a national insurance adjusting company. He has given lectures to workers of Louisville’s Emergency Medical Services and various premises liability seminars. Mr. Nally is a former Boy Scout Troop Leader and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Y.M.C.A.
