Mr. Rose is a co-founder of Weber & Rose, P.S.C.
His practice focuses in the area of professional liability
defense, particularly medical malpractice
and railroad defense. He also has experience in the defense of claims
involving indoor airborne contaminants, specifically toxic molds. Mr. Rose
is licensed to practice in the states of Kentucky and Indiana, the United States
Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Rose is a member of the Bar Associations for Louisville, Kentucky and Indiana,
and is a member of the Brandeis Honor Society, the American Board of Trial Advocates,
and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. Mr. Rose attended the
University of Louisville for both his undergraduate and law degrees.
Mr. Rose has studied at the College of Piping in
Glasgow, Scotland and
was a member of the Louisville Pipe Band. Mr. Rose is an organist at the Scottish
Rite Temple in Louisville.
