James Gary joined Weber & Rose in 1979 as a trial attorney. His practice includes insurance defense, medical negligence, construction claims, and products liability defense. He has been involved in a wide variety of litigation work, including statewide defense of product-based claims and asbestos-related claims. He has also handled personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Mr. Gary served as mayor of Brownsboro Village from 1985 through 1989. He is active in youth activities and has served on his church's financial control, preschool, and personnel committees, and served as a deacon in his church. He is currently on the board of Treyton Oak Towers (The Third & Oak Corporation).
