Hite Nally is a trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience. He practices insurance defense with a concentration in premises liability and automobile and truck accident cases. He also represents victims in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Prior to joining Weber & Rose, Mr. Nally served as local manager of GAB Robins, Inc., a national insurance adjusting company. He has given lectures to workers of Louisville's Emergency Medical Services and various premises liability seminars.
Mr. Nally is a former Boy Scout troop leader and a former member of the board of directors of the YMCA.
