Landra Blackwell represents clients in a wide variety of business matters. Ms. Blackwell has counseled real estate developers and investors regarding the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial projects which include medical, retail, manufacturing and office space. Ms. Blackwell has also counseled business clients in the commercial finance industry, including banks, financial institutions, and borrowers, in matters involving term loans, revolving lines of credit, acquisition financing, construction loans, syndicated loans, asset based loans, mezzanine financing, refinancing, recapitalization and other debt and equity financial arrangements. Ms. Blackwell has also represented buyers and sellers in secondary debt trading transactions. Before practicing law in Kentucky, Ms. Blackwell practiced finance and banking law in Dallas at Patton Boggs and Winstead.
Ms. Blackwell enjoys warm weather, spending time on the beach and going to the horse races. She also enjoys reading, yoga, running, tennis, and has recently picked up golf.
