As a mid-size firm, we have the flexibility to adapt to our clients’ unique needs. Attorneys at Weber & Rose take a hands-on approach from beginning to end. While we sometimes work as a team, we typically do not assign more than one attorney to manage a file unless the case requires it and the client approves.

Technologically, we strive to embrace systems that enable us to better communicate with and serve our clients. However, we are not overburdened by these systems and can accommodate any clients who may have special accounting or reporting needs.

This is extremely beneficial to our clients when an independent medical consultation is needed to enable the client to make an informed decision regarding the merits of the case and the potential value of settlement.

Although we enjoy much success as trial attorneys, we also recognize the expense associated with litigation. As client advocates, we embrace methods of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Our clients are counseled about the potential costs and outcomes of litigation and we help them determine how their case can be resolved in the most acceptable, economical manner.

At Weber & Rose, we are committed to our community as well as our clients. The firm and its attorneys devote efforts to supporting various civic and charitable organizations such as Metro United Way, Metro YMCA, Community Health Charities of Kentucky, The Kentucky Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Kosair Children’s Hospital Foundation, Frazier Rehabilitation Services, Habitat for Humanity, Junior League of Louisville, and Volunteers of America.

The firm also includes among its attorneys a former president of the Louisville Bar Association and Louisville Bar Foundation, past chairpersons of the Louisville Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section, Bankruptcy Practice Section, Real Estate and Land Use Practice Section, and a former municipal mayor. Two attorneys are alumni of “Focus Louisville,” another is an alumnus of Leadership Kentucky, and another has served as president of the Brandeis School of Law Executive Committee.
